For: Philips ProntoPro NG By: Mike James | Contest Entry #17: Theater Style My PCF is a device based design split into parts for two rooms of the house. It is set up to keep all devices in sync regardless of whether discrete codes are available. Each device maintains a theme of stylized rounded buttons using a conistent layout to make it easy to find controls which are common between devices. Each page has a 'Master Off' button which will turn off all equipment related to the device and take you back to the main home page. I have demonstrated the use of the ProntoPro's translucent capability by using see-through menus for selecting audio, device, D-pad, and lighting settings. For the cable box device, the menus slide out from the bottom or sides showing simple animation techniques. It works great on the remote, but the simulator causes the screen to flash when changing pages, making the animation less smooth. Delays were added to slow it down in the simulator. These delays are not necessary on the actual remote. I hope you enjoy the graphics and layout design. It was a lot of fun to work on. |

For: Philips ProntoPro NG By: Frank James | Frank James' TSU7500 File Here is my first attempt at making my own file. It is space based, I used Photoshop and Microsoft Photo Editor. I leaned on many files for ideas and guidance so thanks to all. Hope someone can enjoy! |

For: Philips Pronto NG By: JohnL28 | John's Multizone PCF Setup A modified version of Daniel Tonks' excellent TSU3000 configuration. Very strong multi-zone support with access to 11 pieces of equipment from 10 TV's thoughout the house. 95% of the IR codes were generated using makehex and are VERY clean. For the AVR-4306, 95% is the work of Dave Swindell. I added a handful of missing discrete volume controls and cleaned up some duplicates. I also set up a pretty good "surf area" that will access TIVO, DVR, TV stations and also operate the 200-disc CD changer. |

For: Philips ProntoPro NG By: Marcus Jones | Marcus Jones' PCF File I have spent many an evening fiddling with my PCF. Although not one of the most graphical availabe, I have spent a lot of time utilising other peoples PCFs to make my own (THANK YOU ALL!). The longest thing to program was the Bose system. All the PCFs I could find wouldn't work properly so I spent hours searching, downloading and clipping various IR codes to get them to work. The end result? In my opinion the best Bose PCF there is on here, with none of the reported problems with twitchy volume up and down etc, mine is as smooth as a whistle! I have tried to make it as easy as possible for people to use my PCF and "modify" it for their own needs. I have wanted a ProntoPro NG for ages and if it wasn't for this site and its members I would never have taken the pluge and finally got rid of the inferior Harmony 885! |

For: Marantz RC5400 By: Paul Jamieson | Paul's IQ2 System I'm quite pleased with the outcome we acheived for our customer, who had just upgraded to the new Foxtel IQ2 HD receiver. Using a combination of old Pace commands and pasting HEX from our RTI library, we have acheived most commands for the Foxtel with no issues of multiple codes being sent. Sorry about the basic layout but we were trying to make an easy to use remote for the customer. Hope it helps! |
