Customer has connected a PlayStation five to an existing system. The receiver will play the audio, but will not pass the video. Running a fiber metric cable to Epson LS 12,000. Apple TV works thru AVR. I will be heading out there later this week, but was curious if somebody knows of any particular settings on the Integra that need to be looked at. No other troubleshooting has been done at this time.

Perhaps a setting in the PS. Set to a 4k mode not supported by the whole ecosystem.

Try connecting the PlayStation directly to a TV where it will display, and then downgrade the video in the PlayStation settings and bring it back to the projector set up for test.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

Yeah, do the test monitor thing to check the PS5. I was pleasantly surprised a couple weeks ago when I bought a PS5 for my own projo setup and I didn't have to mess with one setting, it just magically worked. First though, check to make sure the receiver isn't doing any video scaling.

1. Input/Output Assign
‰ HDMI 4K/8K Signal Format (Default Value: 4K Standard)
Set the 4K/8K signal format input and output by this unit. Set to suit the TV or
player connected.
• The corresponding resolution is different depending on the HDMI jack
connected. See "Corresponding input resolutions" ( →p162) for details.
4K Standard When using a High Speed HDMI Cable that supports
10.2 Gbps to connect a TV or player compatible with standard
4K signal formats (4K 30Hz, etc.)
4K Enhanced When using a Premium High Speed HDMI Cable that supports
18 Gbps to connect a TV or player compatible with high-
definition 4K signal formats (4K 60Hz, 4K HDR, etc.)
• There may be some image disruption depending on the
connected component and the HDMI cable. If this occurs,
switch to "4K Standard".
8K Standard When using a Premium High Speed HDMI Cable that supports
18 Gbps or an Ultra High Speed HDMI Cable that supports
48 Gps to connect a TV or player compatible with 4K/120p or
5K/8K signal formats
