Just bought a new JVC Smart TV 50" and wanting to program my Spectrum UR5U-8780L-TWC to operate it. When I programmed it, I am unable to use the "OK" button on the Spectrum Remote as the "OK" for the JVC TV. Is there a work around? I tried programming it multiple times and cant figure out where the "OK" button got mapped to. Help! |

The OP said it was from Spectrum. Do they offer a non-UEI remote?

Yes, the model number in the first post is for sure URC remote. And so, you're stuck with whatever's preset. :(
