JVC "OK" Button

Just bought a new JVC Smart TV 50" and wanting to program my Spectrum UR5U-8780L-TWC to operate it. When I programmed it, I am unable to use the "OK" button on the Spectrum Remote as the "OK" for the JVC TV. Is there a work around? I tried programming it multiple times and cant figure out where the "OK" button got mapped to.

Help!
