Hi,I wondering if anyone can help me.
I just moved into a house that has been set up with a vizia rf system.
The remote wasnt working so I sent it in and they sent me a new remote, but did not return the old one.
I cant program anything with the remote(cant include dimmers and controllers)
I found a manual on this system and it says I have to reset the system with a new remote, but also says that with a new remote i cant include or exclude devices from my network?
So does this mean if you lose or break your remote you cant replace it?
Hopefully Im wrong and if so how does one reset the network or simply program the new remote?
Thanks

Have you tried contacting their tech support with this problem? The reason I say that is that Not many, if any, of the people on here use Vizia remotes.
"You can't fix stupid."

Vizio makes remotes? Are they junk like the rest of vizio?

LOL, ok, Vizio has gotten better. Except for controlling them of course.
