So the guy still has your remote? And won't at least
send it back? Is there more to this story, because that
just sounds bizarre...not to mention downright illegal.
If he's an authorized dealer, and others here have said
warranty replacements are pretty easy with Nevo, I don't
get why he isn't just doing that and getting this out
of his way.
This all started back in August when I reported the problem to the dealer. We seemed to go thru a civil discussion phase, followed by a begging phase, and into a confrontational phase. That's when I reluctantly started posting on this subject. He last e-mailed me on 10/15 and there has been no communication since. I know by now I've pissed him off but I didn't go public until he had my remote for more than a month.
I really have no idea why he has acted this way!
