So the guy still has your remote? And won't at least send it back? Is there more to this story, because that just sounds bizarre...not to mention downright illegal.

If he's an authorized dealer, and others here have said warranty replacements are pretty easy with Nevo, I don't get why he isn't just doing that and getting this out of his way.
