Stupid question: I know it's just a CTV re-branding of these channels, but is there any chance the re-vamped Comedy, Life, and Space are going to be broadcast OTA??

If they won't boost CFTO to be reached in the 'lower' Niagara Peninsula, don't count on them to use sub-channels for the other stuff.

Lol, i get most my stuff from Mobdro App. Lots of channels on that app like MeTV and Cozi.

For the record, the CRTC does allow Canadian TV stations to broadcast sub-channels   [Link: crtc.gc.ca] with alternative programming but apparently for community purposes only [Link: cftvdt.net].

With the FCC approval of the sale of (some) Tribune assets to Nexstar, look for ANTENNA TV and This TV to move to Nexstar stations like WIVB-DT and WROC-DT.

This cross promotion might cause some difficulty for WKBW (owned by Scripps which owns KATZ), and WIVB.

ANTENNA TV will commemorate the life of Bill Macy, who died Thursday night at the age of 97, by airing a 9 hour/18 episode marathon of Maude Saturday from 13:00 to 22:00 E.T..

ABC, CBS, NBC and PBS will set aside scheduled programming next week to cover the House's first open impeachment hearings on President Trump.

The first hearing of the House intelligence committee's hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Eastern on Wednesday, with the second on Friday at 11 a.m.
