about, is this apparent attitude that the person who actually
buys and uses the remote should know as little about it
as possible.
Yes I totally agree, I presently live in the Middle East and support is ..... I did buy it from a dealer back home and they did some basic programming with Data that I gave them and I gladly paid for.
However now I have to finalize it, tune it and improve it without much info.
I can’t send an email or call and pay $$ every time I have a small question .
