Hi Koni,
I had the same problem when I was using firmware
version 1.0. Do you know if your NevoSL has still
version 1.0 (hopefully)?
You need to update to version 1.1 (or re-update
in case you already used 1.1). Instructions on
how to do this can be found on
www.mynevo.com,
it describes the USB download mode. You need to
register as an installer via NevoStudio to be
able to do this.
I was able to get my NevoSL up and running again
via this update and also the problem that caused
the lockup should be solved in 1.1.
Success,
Jan
Hi Jan,
Just a few days ago I was planning on updating to 1.1, but didn't get around to it because everything was working and you know the ol' saying if it ain't broke don't touch it. I guess I should've ignored that in this case.
Unfortunately, I'm an end-user so I don't have access to those instructions on mynevo.com. Can anyone forward me the instructions or post it here. I'm sure others may find it useful in the future if this is a known issue.
Thanks for the response, at least I know there is hope and I may not have to return the unit.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
