hi, im lookin for ir codes for a denon avr 3808, i dont want to have to learn the codes as they will have to be done on site... got some stuff from the denon site but looked like alot to do and didnt give me the option of copy and paste and didnt want to type it out as thats when im sure to get a 0 or 1 mixed up!! is there anyone who has a file with the avr 3808 codes that i can just copy and paste or any known alternates?

system looks like:
pioneer pdp-lx5080d
denon avr 3808
denon dvd 2930
a sky+/skyhd tbd
some nilesaudio/speakercraft ir stuff again tbd

all running off a q50

use IR codeset R2857

It works for both the 4308 and the 3808

I had to either learn or use the edit function to pick up a couple of additional commands but it is probably at 98% or better as far as success goes.

Much like Chris said, also use the "model-based-lookup" to find specific products by model #. This is the bottom option in the Nevo "add-device" menu.

Cheers for the responses, finished it (got the hang of nevo studio pro now (roughly anyway!!)) and now have a new q:
how do u convert a crestron deal (.ir) to a pronto/nevo file OR get a full length hex code from deal? i have something that looks like: CRC 0x0652, Hdr. Len. 93, Rept Len. 4, Freq. 4000....
Its weird that i have another code that looks identical to that but when i tested them, they performed their respective actions. I realize theres more to the codes then what i see on the screen, is there a way of knowing what the rest of the code is, exporting to any other format is not available. I have a crestron learner(CNXLIR) and wanted to know if i could extract the hex codes from remotes so that i can use them on nevos/prontos.

If that isnt possible, it looks like il have to have a marantz/nevo/pronto to learn irs.

Thanks in advance
