I've posted a few Feature Requests in the Dealer Login section of www.mynevo.com and thought I'd see if others were also interested in the same and other stuff. 1. The ability to individually address the IR outputs on the NevoLink (useful for integration with multi-zone audio systems and multiple numbers of the same source device) 2. The ability to integrate to a GlabalCache GC-100 or provide another decent way to interface to RS-232, contacts closures and status devices 3. A web-browser function built into the NevoSL for controlling equipment that has a web interface or for just browsing specific PDA friendly web sites 4. The ability to send IP messages to a specific IP port for devices that are controlled via IP messages. Any others?

karmann, I absolutely agree with you. Although I haven't played around with any of the globalcache stuff yet, but I have heard good things about it.
As for wish #1, even though those ports aren't addressable, each NevoLink is. So yes, they should fix that, but at the same time, they do have a work around for it as well. So basically, if you had two of the same devices in the same room, then you'd have to install two NevoLinks there as well.
Also, even though it's not true RS-232 control (meaning two way communication), you could use the NevoSL with a Xantech IRS232 product. I have a buddy that has implemented this into a job with much success.
I wish it would work with Digilinx, but that kinda leads into your 3rd and 4th wishes (IP control, flash programming, etc.).

Karmann, The ability to jump back to the page you came from, not just last page. Also the ability to use the same device via ir or Nevolink. I have set up a system using most of the devices set to use Nevolink, I now want to set up the room where the Nevolink is installed and I am in line of sight with my nevo so only want to transmit via ir, I have to set up a duplicate set of devices (a lengthy process) just to use IR.

Karmann, the ability to simulate a press and hold of a button (for use in macros), or no restriction on the length of IR code manually entered (to get round this problem).

- Time dependant function (i.e. the ability to trigger an action / shortcut at a certain date / time) - Password protection when power on

- Ability to play sounds including user defined ones (which would allow to have voice recorded notifications)

- Better integration of MediaZones (unless I missed something) in Projects. We should be able to use Mediazone capabilities (example: play music on a UPNP renderer) in project pages. I believe it is abit strange that on one hand we have Project Pages with activities and that on the other hand we have Mediazones with UPNP features. We should be able to initiate all activities from within the Project Pages.

The ability to control how long a particular command is transmitted for. For example, I'd like to be able to tell a button press to transmit "volume up" for 200 ms. Some gear has a minimum IR receive time to signal a button press.

1. Prevent the home button from sending the Nevo to the home page If the remote is inside an activity, the last this I want is an accidental press of the home button and ending up back there.
2. Prevent the page scrolling button from scrolling through pages or reprogramming it to do another function
3. Remove the status bar at the top of the screen (like Pronto NG) and adding battery, ir, wifi and time indicators elsewhere
