I'm in as well. Is it healthy to be this excited over a remote? I'm beginning to think I'll need to explain my emotions to my wife because she's sure to think something else is going on. No one would believe we'd be this attached to a project about a remote.

Great Job Mike and Dave. I can't believe how quickly it came together despite the difficult job of figuring out exactly how the MX-500 did things. I want one ASAP. Put me on your list.

I was considering buying the MX-500/URC8811/JP1 package from BlueDo, but based on this thread I have just ordered the MX-500 by itself.

Thanks for the work. When you set up your pricing, make sure it's high enough to encourage you and your suppliers to keep going. The world is littered with failed operations that try to provide a bargain price and cut their financial legs out from under them.
