My trusty ol' RC t-shirt is now looking a little dull and dingy. Just wondering if there’s any chance of a replacement?

I'm not sure if AVSmarts might still have some.

Maybe I should get a new batch made up...

I actually bought two, but the daughter pinched one and it's long since disappeared (her room's like a black hole - nothing escapes).

2 x XL? (which by my way of reckoning is more like a 3 x XL over here).

Not sure if you'd be interested, but I've done a few deals with these people and have found them excellent. They did a particularly good job embroidering a logo (from a pic I sent them) on some fleece jackets the wife and I bought for here parents a couple of years ago.

a long time ago, Greg decided to raise money for Daniel so that we can get him a thank you present at first it was through donation but then someone came up with the idea of a T-shirt you could buy. It was a white shirt with the logo and the profits went to the fund. I can't remember when It was, but definitely before the summer of 2002

same here, was it the same reason as me, the guy that posted complaining about the price of shipping and why was it the same no matter how many you bought? They were expensive but on the other hand they are good quality T-shirts, I definitely got my moneys worth. Actually that is one reason I know it was before Rob's time, because in August 2002 I packed them and brought them with me on my vacation to Greece, when I came back my sisters were all POed because I brought them with me and saw me in some pics with them. They screamed at me and told me "I old you not to bring that T-shirt with you", I think I used to ware them too often and they started getting "bored" of it (They did not know I had two of them)

Not really, it's just a general buying habit of mine; wear one, one in the wash.

I'd agree with the quality and the shipping wasn't, in my opinion, overly expensive, considering the transatlantic destination. I did, however smile at the fact I had to fork out another £10 or so to take delivery.

The chaps at AV Smarts kindly just entered the shipping cost on the customs declaration form, but alas our ever vigilant customs officers (sensing a kill) decided to open the package. And what did the find smack bang on top . . . the invoice. Hey ho.

I saw someone wearing an RC t-shirt in an airport once on the way to CEDIA - fun to say the least!

Any of you guys still have the Sony RM-AV2100 / Remote Central golf shirts? Now those had nice embroidery - and were completely free, shipping included! :-)

Well I was on here around mid summer of 2001, but someone told me that Daniel had to redo the accounts or something. So I was booted off until I got my own computer and started to come on here everyday.

But it would be cool to have another "fund raiser" with buying t-shirts. I also have a few other ideas for products of RC. Like how about a key chain that has RC, or something of that sort on it. A sentance that says "I live for RemotCentral.com" on the t-shirt(of course not knowning what was on the orginal shirts). Or for our real Home Theater people, which Im not one of them right now. A poster with RC and stuff alike on it.

Any one else has any other ideas?

Rob
