I have a customer that reprogrammed his Onkyo DR-C500
remote so that it doesn't work for his receiver
anymore. Does anybody know how to get back to the factory defaults ? It's a fairly popular AV receiver that he bought at Best Buy.

You'll get better results if you ask in another forum, this is the 'playroom'.
Try UNIVERSAL REMOTES.

dammit!....i tried UNIVERSAL REMOTES over & over & over again, and it still wouldn't work!!!
