Thanks. I've never been fond of forums that have a ton of stickies, but I suppose a few *are* probably needed.
I don't like stickies that stand out too much from other topics, or ones that blend right in, so I hope what I've come up with works (with the darker grey separating line below the sticky section).
Stickies and moved threads ended up being a side effect of me wanting to upgrade the forum's moderation capabilities. So, for the past while I've been working on new code... so far only in test in the Test, Neo and Custom Installer's forum. If the test forums operate fine, I'll probably convert them all over tomorrow for more advanced testing.
And, eventually, I'll be able to appoint new forum moderators.

I agree on the too many stickies part. What I liked was that it separated them enough to make it obvious, it is annoying when you are reading up a forum and end up on a 10 year old no one has touched since then sticky.
moderators? I guess the forum is becoming big, but hope the policy still remains the same of not over moderation. There are a few good forums out there that are still good but you ask yourself if the mods are on a power trip because they have to moderate everything.
