I am after a Male Singing animated avatar.

as cool as some of these













My favorite is this one(see below) but i cant use any of these as they are used by other members




I have searched for ages but can't find any that i like.
Any help would be most gratefully recieved.

I have another problem to solve.
I like this Avatar





but i need to resize it from 550kb to 50kb but i havent got a clue how to do that or if it is possible.

would anyone be kind enough to point me in the right direction
