Hi Ive downloaded Skype but have no friends! All the people i know just have landlines but i was wanting to chat to someone over my internet connection for free to see what the quality was like. I know you can dial landlines but thats what my home phone is for.
All this Hype about skype (which is free) and no one i know has it !!

I had Skype a while back and at that time there was a lot of latency which made it unbearable for me. I've heard it has been improved, but I have been using Vonage for quite some time now and am happy with that.
Had the same problem with Skype having only two friends using it, who both lived in the UK which is a five hour time difference from EST so didn't get to chat much.
