Why indeed. Anyone here have synaesthesia?

No, I can't even imagine what it would be like to have your senses tangled up like that. Wow the brain can put you a trip can't it? That's a condition that you could live with if you were born with it but would cause you to
get a little nutty if you started experiencing it mid-life

I read about the ARMY using sensory weapons; Terrible smells, Low frequency blasts that make you dizzy and hurl or if its REALLY cranked up can liqefy you, lights so bright that they momentarily blind you from seeing movement. But could you imagine if they were able to induce severe synaesthesia!!? Suddenly the enemy is hearing colors and tasting shapes and seeing smells and feeling numbers..........that could really throw off a guy's concentration.
