I've been working on a large project lately and it started out with a 16x48 casino switch for a bar. Well about a month before opening the owner went TV crazy!!! So I called Jeff and explained what was going on. We were able to send our existing switch in for an amazing 32x64 upgrade.
So now I figure we will be ok with TV outputs. WRONG.
The client has gone TV crazy again and has added a 133" projector (being fed by the Zektor & looks AMAZING!) as well as 9 additional TV's inside and is getting ready for 12 more outside.
So another call to Jeff the other day and tell him whats going on and that this time I can't just send in the existing unit as the bar is now open and it would be suicide to just send in the existing unit. He tells me that we will make it work! He is amazing. I do not know of another manufacture that would do anything like this.
The new unit needs to be at least 32x80 now, although I'm considering making it even larger to cover any other future upgrades.
I was told of a future upgrade that would include another dozen or so outdoor tvs on the future rooftop bar area.
Looks like I need to call Jeff again......or - Jeff, when you see this can you give me a call. Anytime after 12 central (hopefully I will have my phone replaced by then)

Hey Jeff @ Zektor: RTI says they're still waiting on the new Clarity Audio 16x16 so they can update the 2-way driver. Any idea of an ETA [to their developers]?

Hit me up on FB and let me know where this is.
You are within an hour or two of me, and I have a feeling I will want to see this installation firsthand. :)

I just got an email from RTI's director of engineering on this topic. We are sending them code this week with the release and first shipments of the Clarity Audio 16X16. Once we get through all the pre orders we will also be sending a demo unit for them to test the new drivers with.

Thanks.

Jeff

Was there ever a driver released for the Clarity HD and HD Elite HDMI matrix switches?

depends on which control system you need it for. My experience has been that if I ask Zonn for one, I have it later the same day.
My guess is that they have them for C4, crestron, AMX and probably RTI. Shoot Jeff an email for the one you need and I'm sure you will get it.

Officially not yet. I know a number our integrators use the current 2 way driver that RTI made for the Clarity Elite. They have a window of time set aside to do drivers for the Clarity Audio 16X16 and the Clarity HD. The audio code is largely the same as the Clarity Elite just larger and some new features. We chose an arm based processor for more horsepower in all of our new products based on future plans so the protocol structure is the same but not identical to the Clarity Elite.

Hoping to begin shipments of the Clarity HD Elite by the end of this month or very early December.

Thanks.

Jeff
