Can't say enough good things about these guys. I have only worked with Zonn and Jeff and they are both amazing. Zonn is probably one of the most knowledge tech guys out there. Jeff's always great. Very first order the company I work for placed with Zektor they got the shipment late to their office so it would have arrived too late for our project. Jeff took it upon himself to drive up on his day off to deliver the unit a day early even. Customer service is above and beyond anyone else I've ever seen. Can't recommend them enough!

I know its getting repetitive but I have to share my .02 cents. The boys at Zektor deserve the recognition. They are built to work with companies like ours.

I wanted to share this story earlier but didnt want Jeff to be in a position to do what he did for us for everyone else. I assumed we were special :) After reading through this....I guess everyone is special so I will share.

About 3 months ago I sold one of the new Clarity Audio 16x16 switches I had been hearing so much about. Unfortunately for me I committed the cardinal sin and sold the switch before it was available. The job only required an 8x8 so I figured I would be out of pocket an 8x8 and maybe just have to install it at home. I called Jeff to tell him my dilemma and probably purchase the second switch as a loaner for the client but Jeff offered to provide the loaner 8x8 at NO CHARGE. That ish is crazy. No one is this business does that. I mean, its not like this is a $100 part. Thats a $2k+ switch. I was really hesitant to mention this on this forum so he didnt have to do this for others but now that the 16x16 is shipping I hope this is ok to mention.

This is an extreme example of a company being nimble enough to be an ASSET to my company. It looks like stories like this and Ali above are the norm not the exception. Some lines we carry because we have to, some because they have WOW factor, others (and there are 3 of these) because they help our business exceed in that extra few percent to be a great company and Zektor is one of those.

....and did I mention Jeff makes the best Beef Jerky on the planet?

Jeff, I think you need to run a Christmas promo and include a stick of Beef Jerky with it :-)

I've seen the operation. It's the real deal. Wouldn't be surprised if he has a farmer's market gig on the side though there's no way he has time for that.
