Is that really why you moved? Because PA has no state contractors license for limited energy electrical? I was always shocked by this. If you're in PA without a license how can you work in NJ? We used to always sub out the prewires and electrical.
No, i moved because of tax reasons and a few other annoying things like the alternitive minimum tax. $500 if you make 100,000 or loose 100,000. Moving to PA was the best thing i could do for myself and my company. I can work in NJ because I have an out of state contractors license and send them their sales tax check when i collect it from the client.
Honestly since i moved less then 5% of my revenue comes from jersey. Since i was south of the princeton line NJ clients like a "specific" kind of integrator...i mean trunkslammer ;)
my revenue comes from PA clients that have shore homes or taking care of past clients
