One thing that tends to work when installing software
is to right click on the install exe and choose properties
- compatibility -
On this tab you can specify that a program runs as if
it is running on an earlier OS.
This MIGHT get the install to go.

Thanks Mark, I tried that but it still did not work. so, I got a cheap old XP computer that I use ONLY to program the Nevo!
