i just really want to extend the length of the cable
so for instance if i want to keep the nevo connect under a users couch,
and all the equipment is in a far off closet somewhere else in the house . .
that way the remote still has great reception,
and all the signal get sent to closet via cat5 extensions (splicing etc)
or am i better off keeping nevo connect in the closet
and just running an external antenna to the couch area . .
