That is a good point about the fact that they can make adjustments remotely. And it's a bit bothersome that they didn't mention that possibility.

But I thought you have to register as a dealer (and can do it without a program) to be able to update the programing software and have access to any other information/tips on programing. Didn't I read that somewhere in a thread here?

Yes I already went to the "find dealer" part of the web site. Two popped up. One very close to me but he said he no longer supports Nevos. The other one is the one two states away with whom I spoke.
