Ok it is a design guide but, again, the point is that some of us find Nevo's approach to be a turn off. I still might buy one of these but it will be in spite of the company.

They provide virtually no information upon which to base an intellegent purchase decision. The dealer network seems a bit patchy in the sense that--at least from what I've seen--the entire DC metro area is not covered and the dealers seem not to be very flexible. The dealer I have dealt with is willing to provide virtually no information and wants to charge for a block of 5 hours tech time even if I just want to ask a few questions. It's like they are targeting people with more money than brains. Maybe that works but maybe if they were a bit more flexible they would get more sales?
