While I agree with the idea of being able to control your A/V setup through a web page (see my site at http://www.geekster.com for what I've done already), the Pronto is one WAY expensive PC->IR interface! I think there used to be a One For All remote with a serial cable, don't know if there are any others now that One For All tanked, but it seems like such a simple curcuit to build to take commands from a serial port and convert them to IR...
