I was able to put my 3000 working again. Well
here it goes:

If the touchscren is not reponding the ribbon
cable lost the contact with the touchscreen panel.
If you rub it it maybe work but is it will problaby
lost contact again. I notice in my pronto only
the second contact was broken (4 contacts). I
also notice 3 holes on the board in front of the
ribon (these were used in old 3000 to put the
IR learn reciver). So I solded an hard wire (from
a resistence of an eletric shower) in a way it
will mantain pressure on the contact. It´s ugly
but Is working for now. If want pics e-mail me.
