I agree. My first Harmony had a scroll wheel on the side, back when we could macro within macro's. Sad to see. Logitech has not only brought down the Harmony name but they have destroyed the custom market for integrators like you and I. I just saw the consumer version of the 550 at home depot and radioshack for 99 dollars called the 520. This a week after their sales person called me to try to sell me the new models and let me know that they are revamping their approach to the custom market. In my opinion they are using us.
