I have had the 895 (European version of the 890) for a week now and am now in the process of sending it back for a refund. The main problem is that I have only got it to work with one of my devices - a Sony TV and the only way to set it up is via the web site. The biggest problem is that I have to disable Norton Firewall and Norton Anti Virus to communicate with the Harmony setup web site. It would appear that setting up the remote is incompatible with having Norton on your PC. I spoke to an IT consultant friend and he said that my PC was at risk from viruses while I was setting up the remote and tonight Harmony also confirmed that I was. I have decided that it is not worth the risk and hence I am trying to return the remote.
