Probably Canadian, but there's not much difference between the two currencies right now.

From his documentation...

External Power Supply:
• An external 3V to 9V DC power supply is necessary (sold separately). A 500 mA power supply is not required, 100 mA is also fine. A possible choice for this power supply:
• The external power jack is an adapter plug type A. O.D.: 2.35mm. I.D.: 0.7mm, .
The external body of the jack is the ‘Ground / negative / -’ input. The center pin is the ‘VCC / Positive / +’ input.
• Ensure proper external power supply input polarity for proper operation.


Radio Shack in the US sells the exact same power supply as shown on his links (The Source By Circuit City used to be Radio Shack in Canada until a few years ago).
