hey ive had sammy smiths in a bar in New York ,Muggs bar great brew tastes like a cross between Hydes Anvil smooth and John Smiths Bitter.
I love the spirit measures in the US ..is it for a lady? i was asked ...Sorry i dont understand was my reply! spirits (whisky ,rum,vodka etc) are served in set measures in the UK so we have single measures ..normal and doubles .i would guestimate that even a ladies measure was a double in Muggs and a mans measure was just to my taste probably a quadruple. lol

still European countries such as Spain or Greece have even better measures say when senior! and they are so cheap its unreal! guess where i go on holiday!
I once bought a bottle of golden rum and equal amounts of pear juice shots (you have to try it) in a bar in spain i went in with 20 euros and came out in the very early morning with 2 euros...great night
