drugs, smoking, porn, calories, purging, tv, internet, (fill-in-the-blank with any excess you wish).......you must admit to yourself that you have a problem and make a strong, personal commitment to alter your behavior.

nothing else will do it for you.



i enjoyed all of the above (and more).....[yes,enjoyed, at the time]..... at different times in my life. tried any & all "remedies" available for each. but until i decided enough-was-enough, and i decided to commit to altering my life and behavior (not lifestyle), it was nothing less than a huge hole in my pocket/wallet/bank account. i could have easily spent everything my doctor(s) and the "specialists & program administrators" hoped i would spend.

but once i decided it was time.......i had much more money in my pocket and i was a much happier person.
