Along the same lines..Ordered a Dell with the express upgrade to Vista...2 weeks after getting the PC i place my order for the software..kept checking status of the order.."pending" for 6 weeks..e-mailed them and said how glad i was that it was a EXPRESS upgrade as i thought i might die before i get it..repley to my mail says its being shipped in 2 weeks..3 days later DHL is at the door with Disc...now..4 weeks later i get a e-mail that my Vista software is being shipped and should arrive soon..tracking # and all..of course when i checked tracking it showed delivery a month ago..of course now with all the problems ive had with it i sorta wish they never got it to me..lol..Oh , and by the way..Does ANY company on this earth have english speaking reps?..
