I don't know...I ordered two solar panels for about $600 each over 18 months ago, and on Saturday I got an email from that company saying the customer service rep will be going out of the country for the next two weeks and therefore can't answer emails.

Hadn't heard from them in 18 months. The message said I was on their mailing list. I emailed them asking them to remove me.
