Trouble is... not relly sure what your asking
for or how to send it. Sure' ol' Dave can do the
basic programs on the mx, but I'm trying to learn
more about these remotes. Never did a Pronto.
Can progran a Sony RM-AV 3000 with ease. The MX
3000 is new to me. I only just got this one days
ago for attending a class. I get it all soon.

If you followed along with the quickstart quide, you should have created a DVDXML file from DVD Profiler collection, and then you should have also created a BaseRCC file that would be your complete remote configuration minus the Movies. If you can just email those two two files, I will be able to tell you what your problem is.
