I just moved to a new house. I have the cable company (xfinity) combo box bridged with an EERO Pro 6E wired to it. These devices are all the way downstairs in the opposite corner of where my office is. House is dense af...130 years old and i'm too busy/lazy to add wire right now.

In this house (on wifi) i have 5 smart TVs, 3 iPhones, an iPad, 2 Sonos products, 2 laptops and a desktop and an xbox.

I got the EERO thinking it would solve both of my problems. 1. Slow wi-fi speeds and 2. No signal upstairs in my office. Problem 1 was solved. Problem 2 not so much. I do get a signal in the office now but its spotty.

So...

Should i get another EERO Pro 6E or will one of the eero extenders work? I would like to be cheap because i want a proper network at some point but im broke and exhausted from the move right now.
