With the upcoming version 2.0.0.6 using the 'Migration Mode' support, you can use an RC9200 input CCF with barebones IR codes. Run SNL, generate an output RC9200 CCF with the input devices plus your lists. You can then import that CCF into PPENG, save it, then merge it into your PCF. This is indeed a manual process but one that I am currently following myself.

It's really up to you. The biggest thing you will lose moving to the 7000 is mouse mode. FYI, mouse mode is useless unless you have a Philips mouse/keyboard combo.
