Sorry but you didn't read my answer until the end or my explanation is bad
command=113 correspond to send a mute command to your box.
You MUST send ONLY one key in each request.
To zap to channel 110 you have to do something like
..("GET /web/remotecontrol?command=2 HTTP/1.0\r\n\r\n") <= Key 1
..("GET /web/remotecontrol?command=2 HTTP/1.0\r\n\r\n") <= Key 1
..("GET /web/remotecontrol?command=11 HTTP/1.0\r\n\r\n") <= Key 0
