NOTHING WILL CONTROL YOUR BOSE RF BUT THE BOSE RF REMOTE.
Now that I got finished yelling that, I will explain. RF is proprietary and exclusive to that manufacturer, and often a specific device. Now depending on how old your Bose system is, it may also be IR compatible. There are many remotes that can control both if you have a Bose unit that is IR controllable. You will have to list the model number to get a more specific answer. May I suggest turning off the caps lock next time as well.

Will echo that RF systems are proprietary and Bose, in particular, is closed to allowing its systems to be controlled by 3rd party devices. Do the best you can at teaching/configuring your Bose V30 remote to control your other devices. It's probably the best you can hope for.

Call Bose. Many Bose products CAN be controlled by IR, They are not closed.
Third party control of the Bose RF frequency cannot happen (it is their "channel") but via ir or another RF "base station" to IR is possible.
Tivo can be controlled IR or IP.
I recommend RTI.

I have a similar setup with a Bose Lifestyle 48 and a Tivo. I use the Bose remote to control the Tivo. The Bose remote is RF which means I can use the remote w/o line of sight and it will emit an IR signal to control the Tivo. Take a look at [Link: worldwide.bose.com] and look at the section titled "Using your remote to control connected audio/video devices". It works really well. The only thing missing is that's there's no way to press the ThumbsUp and ThumbsDown on the Tivo but that's a small annoyance.

Bose lifestyle systems and most of their other systems can accept IR. most need this enabled in their setup menus. Some lifestyle systems even allow you to press a button on the rf remote and the lifestyle shoots out the equivalent IR code so it can be learned into a universal remote...

Depending what Bose product we are talking about, but the Bose LifeStyle series can be controlled via an RTI Processor. But you would be talking in the $3000 range.
Possible Hardware: 1x T2-C+ 1x XP-6 1x ZM-24
