I was just reading this top 10 list of gadget gifts ( [Link: connectedhome.build.com.au]) and it talks about Push Controls which acts like a universal remote control. I had a look at their website (www.pushcontrols.com.au) and it seems more like a fully configuarble control solution than a universal remote. I like the idea of being able to have it loaded on my i-Stuff (mine, kids, wife, etc), but not sure if its overkill. Has anyone used it? How much does it cost and how easy is it to configure?

It looks like a renamed version of BitWise controls. No idea of pricing, it probably depends on who's installing it. I don't believe it's a DIY product. Try to contact a local dealer listed on their site for pricing.
