Have you tried to contact the manufacturer? Their website was pretty pathetic.

Yes, ive tried too... but they gave me puzzle codes which i dont know how to do it, like iscii and hex codes.

So in your 1st post you were asking for ASCII or hex codes, now you are saying that the manufacturer gave them to you?
Sounds like you need to hire a pro.
