I have been reading
on here about others using the channel up to create
a constant starting point on the video inputs,
but when pressing the channel up on my remote,
it only advances the video input up one, not back
to a constant starting point.
I couldn't find much in the manual, but did see that on the remote you have a tv/video button in the Hot Key section, but I couldn't figure out what it does.
When you are watching TV and want to change the channel, you must press the channel up or down button to do this, right? But you said when you press one of these buttons it advances the video input up one. This definitely doesn't sound right.
If the channel up or down buttons don't take you back to the tv input from another video input, try pressing one of the numbered channel buttons and see what happens.
This is not a guaranteed method of returning to the TV input, but it works on so many different brands and models that it would be good if it also worked with your TV.
I am pretty sure there are no discrete codes for your brand unless it is manufactured in the US under one of the brand names common to this country.
