The new line OFA remotes now take 5 digit advanced
codes(EFC), so any EFC list you see that is 3
digit, you will need to add two zeoes to FRONT
of each. these remotes include the urc-6820,
8820, 10820, and 6690.
Thanks for that, Edmund.
The ones I've seen on sale here are 7040, 7562 and 7730 - would these be able to do discrete codes?
Also, I've never done this before, so is there a tutorial on how to use them? I've searched the forums, but probably not hard enough, as I haven't found anything like a dummies guide to loading discretes via an OFA remote.
Also, does anyone know where I can find discrede codes AND component(?) codes for the following:
Samsung DVD-HD747 DVD Player (sames as the HD841 for the US Market)
Roku Photobridge
Onkyo TX-NR901
LG RT-50PX10 Plasma (only need the component code)
Motorola DTH335 Digital Satellite receiver
