Hello! I have a 1060bc3 charter remote that I successfully paired to my hisense tv with built in roku service with code 12335. Unfortunately, the volume buttons and ok/select buttons only seem to connect to the cable function of the remote. I have been searching for so long on answers to get this tv working so any help with efc codes and programming would be greatly appreciated.

Do know for sure the 1060bc3 accepts efc at all? Some newer UEI made cable oem remotes don't. Try 00245:

1. tv

2. press and hold SET/SETUP for two blinks, release

3. enter 9 9 4

4. tap SET/SETUP for one blink

5. enter 0 0 2 4 5

6. pick a key, like the OK key

Try codes 14398 or 4398, and 12049 or 2409.

Also try code 10885, use EFC 00167 for OK/SELECT.
