I've done all the research I could on the SuperNudelist, but it's not working for me. By searching all the SuperNudelist posts in this website, and the site itself, I noticed that what used to work with earlier versions of Nudelist may have changed. For example, do I still have to decompile/recompile, or does SuperNudelist do this for me (it seems to, since it asks for the .ccf vs the .csv)?

When I merge someone else's ccf that has a working copy of SuperNudelist, how do I adapt it to my own use? Do I delete the A0-D15 panels, delete the Alphabet panel, etc.? I'd like to adapt Jim LaRue's ccf or the Nudel_full.ccf, but nothing I've tried works.

If I create a list with SuperNudelist, why do I get an error message that states "The following list was not output because it was empty" when I execute? I also tried to import a tab delimited list from Excel and got the same message. I'm trying to get the list down to the track level, but I'm hung up on what the menus are asking me for.

Any help would be appreciated. Currently I'd like to get my Kenwood 100 CD changer working, but soon I'll upgrade to the Sony DVP CX860.

Firstly you need to get a file something like:

123,1,"Fever","Kylie Minogue","More More More",0,"Minogue, Kylie"
123,2,"Fever","Kylie Minogue","Love At First Sight",0,"Minogue, Kylie"

ignoring the line wraps.
ie.
Disc No, Track No, Album, Artist, Track Name, Player No, Artist (sort as)

Then get a CCF with all the supernudelist panels removed. (alphabet, discs and panels)

Set this in supernudelist as the input ccf.
Set a new file name as the output ccf.

Click on the Lists button then press import.
Choose CSV file format.
Set the filename as the csv file you have made earlier.

Tick

Then import this into supernudelist.
Choosing fields:
Player Name - 6
Artist Name - 4
Artist sort-as name - 7
Disc Number - 1
Disc Name - 3
Track Number - 2
Track Name - 5

press okay.

Press execute to make your new CCF, it may ask you to confirm the player that all the discs are in.

Hope this sorts you out.

Regards,
Bruce.

Thank a million. This part worked. I have a new problem, which I posted in a new thread.

You should have written the instruction manual.
