Frank,

In an effort to be sure that our customers will all be ready when ProntoEdit software is released, Metronet supplied, at our expense, a cable to all who purchased Prontos from us. Further we now ship all Prontos with cables.
Registering at the Philips site should also get you a cable, but I can make no promises as to when it will arrive.
We also do now sell cables at a cost of $10+postage, which is pretty much my cost after assembly, 100% QC testing, packing, labeling, etc.
I'm not in the cable mfr business, just trying to accomodate.

Keith,

Docks are due in tomorrow in mass and so should also ship out tomorrow as well. Out of cables at the moment but will also have more made up by tomorrow in time to ship. We've gone through the first batch and I did expect OEM cables by now but have not yet arrived:-( so we'll do what has to be done to maintain the flow.
