Thanks by your response and excuse since do not speak groins.
My nationality is Spanish , and to me would like to know if this command of IR Pronto
it is able to handle the codes of the European commands, in case that buy one.

Yes, since the Pronto learns every IR command it can handle anything - European and North Americian signals are the same.
The only things it may not handle are certain older Pioneer products, Sony "VisionTouch" receivers, some commands from the Sony 50ES receiver and Radio Frequency (RF) signals.
