Do you know someone who can convert these codes to pronto format for us These are for the Sharp 30" LCD.

The codes are as follows
system date expansion judgement hex code
c1 - c5 c6 - c11 c12, c13 c14,c15
Input 1 10000 010011 00 10 01 132
Input 2 10000 110011 00 10 01 133
Input 3 10000 001011 00 10 01 134
Input 4 10000 110010 11 10 01 1d3

The above are 15 bit input codes

The Sharp 48 bit Remote Control System for the TV is as follows:

Header Code = 0101 0101 0101 1010 1111 0001 0000 1000 + control code + data code = 1000

Where a control code example is:

Power control code = 1000 0000 parity = 1001 hex =809

I know this may not make any sense to you but if you know someone who might understand this and be able to make Pronto codes that would be great.

Where did you get these codes from in the first place?

Also, do you want them to be a Pronto's hex code? Which pronto do you have? This is to make sure you are not mistaken a Marantz as a Philips. Because from what I understand. The ir hex codes do not work on both. It's one or the other.

By the way, that is a real big lcd screen that you have. How much did that cost????

Rob, IR codes are exactly the same across all models.

The only codes that are different are UDB codes which are sometimes different between models, and codes that start with 9000.

Bryan, there are some programs in the utilities section that help you analyse codes. If you can find any one valid IR codes in Pronto format, you should be able to figure out the rest.
