I recently found a pronto at a local dealer and little did I know that my wife had already ordered one. I am getting ready to send this back via UPS but I would be willing to get sell it for 350.00 including shipping. This has never been opened. I need to know soon so post a reply and I will email you if intereseted. I am obvioulsy not a dealer so no credit cards.

The Pronto remote is available new from AVI Electronics (www.avielectronics) for $299. Apparently, several mail order vendors offer the remote at $269, but I have yet to find one of these.

Happy Holidays,
Ken

Ken Fowler mentions that several mail order vendors offer the remote at $269, but he has yet to find one. I've not heard nor seen anyone offering at that price. In fact, his mention of $299 at AVI is news. I'll check it out and will match the price of any stocking dealer and include delivery! I've got ample inventory and am a stocking, authorized dealer. Visit me at http://www.qaudio.com.

Thank you,
Bob

Well, I checked out AVI regarding the claim of "is available" new for $299. They have no goods in stock. The delivered price is/will be $315. They have a 40 person backlog and a 1-3 week back order with only 4 pcs coming in on each shipment. Tired of waiting? I've got 12 in stock and will deliver @ $349 UPS 2 Day Air. http://www.qaudio.com.

Thank you,
Bob

Bob, my post (really) was in jest. I just hate those cute little smiley faces. I knew what I was doing when I paid retail for the privelege of being one of the first owners. So, for the record, I am quite happy (not hurt) with my purchase AND with Bob's service at Q-Audio.
